Kenco Bucket Trucks Recognized for its Support of and Dedication to the Transportation Industry

06.29.2020

Kenco Bucket Trucks received a Longevity Award from the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA), an international specialized transportation industry organization comprised of more than 1,400 members from 46 nations.

The award is presented to member companies for their longtime support and dedication to the Association and its mission of advocating, educating and providing networking opportunities that help industry stakeholders operate safely, legally and profitably.

Kenco Bucket Trucks Business Development Executive, Randy Starnes, is proud of the bucket truck escort company’s achievement.

“We’re honored to have received recognition for being members of SC&RA for a decade,” he said. “It’s important to us that we support the specialized transportation industry and provide resources to our peers in this line of work.”

Kenco was given the Longevity Award for ten years of membership. Over the past ten years, Kenco has participated within the organization by attending conventions and making presentations on their industry-leading utility truck escort services and safety standards, as well as subject matter assigned by the Association. They have also taken part in projects that have been submitted for SC&RA’s Job of the Year Award. These projects can be found on their website, highloads.com.

Steven Todd, Vice President of the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA) explained the association warmly salutes Kenco Bucket Trucks on its 10-year anniversary. He said, “Just as proudly, we thank Kenco for their loyal membership to SC&RA. Under the direction of owners Kenny and Myna Mungle, Kenco has quickly established itself as a respected leader throughout the entire specialized transportation industry. Specifically, through Randy Starnes, Kenco has been called upon by SC&RA multiple times to present expert presentations at our annual symposium to nearly 600 attendees on each occasion. Randy’s extraordinary presentation style, combining video from field personnel along with unique audience participation, has made Kenco a real crowd favorite. In addition, in a recent visit to the Kenco office, I had perhaps the best member visit experience in my eight years at SC&RA. Every single Kenco employee warmly greeted me and spent considerable time demonstrating to me their role. Never have I witnessed so much universal pride and dedication than I did from this visit.”

Todd went on to say, “Kenco most certainly through these efforts has moved the ball forward in demonstrating the critical need for all sectors of our industry to plan and execute each move together.”

Kenco Bucket Trucks Founder and President, Kenny Mungle, added, “Our company is deeply respectful of the work we do and how the companies in this industry impact the world every day. We’re proud to be part of an organization that shares those values.”
